Working with Videosweet

We want to give you a video product you’re proud of, with a sweet experience from end to end.

From getting to know each other, to storyboarding and pre-production, all the way to publishing your video and watching it enhance and grow your brand. Video isn’t an add-on for a brand or event – it’s an investment to the core success of it – and we treat that responsibility with pride and enthusiasm.

Equipment

We use a range of different cameras and gear to achieve the best outcome not only for your video, but for the production process too. We tend to use lightweight DSLR Photo-style video cameras for a lot of our work, due to more mobility, less risk of fatigue and injury, and more incognito when roaming around. But we’re well-versed in cinematic and broadcast camera bodies and will always make sure the right tool is used to achieve your project’s success.

We try to source any consumables sustainably, and like to use camera brands that we support the ethos of.

How it works

The Process

We strive for a smooth and friendly working relationship and video producing process.
Here’s a series of steps we take to ensure transparency and a tangible production experience for you.

Planning / Strategy

You’re important to us. We’d greatly value a chance to meet and chat about ways we can become important to you, too! Perhaps over a coffee, a glass of wine, a site visit, or digitally on zoom!

  • Hearing your story – finding your brand’s pulse and what makes you tick.
  • Listening to your vision and any ideas you may already have.
  • Presenting you with ideas and options for going forward.

Tech Specs

You will receive an estimated quote for 1 or 2 strategies that fit your goals and vision.
Get an insight into budget brackets and what’s achievable.

step 3

Filming & Production

Pre-Production! We look at dates and location, source material or research to help with the production, and lay out a framework together for a smooth production process.
At this point we may ask you to sign a briefing document that agrees on a quote and timeline for your project.

step 4

Editing

Production! We carry out the planned filming or animation to schedule and to budget, keeping you in the loop with progress and any information you require.

  • Drafts sent to you for review in the edit stage.
  • Amendments/tweaks with your feedback

step 5

Client Feedback & Signoff

Sign-Off! This is when your video is complete and we may ask you to sign a completion form and require payment at this stage. Publishing of the video can then occur, either by ourselves or handed over to you for publishing.
